Mindy Green is a strategic community engagement and public affairs leader with over a decade of experience advancing partnerships, education initiatives, and community impact. She serves in the Public Affairs organization at ExxonMobil, where she specializes in stakeholder engagement supporting pipeline and midstream operations.
In her role, Mindy oversees charitable giving and community outreach programs, aligning corporate resources with community priorities to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes. She also manages public safety education initiatives, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements while promoting awareness and community well-being.
Mindy brings a strong passion for education and workforce development, particularly in STEM. She led ExxonMobil’s involvement in the Tapia Center STEM Camps and played a key role in scaling the program across the Gulf Coast, significantly expanding access to high-quality STEM education for underserved students.
A native Houstonian, Mindy is deeply engaged in civic leadership. She is a graduate of the Center for Houston’s Business/Civic Leadership Forum and actively contributes to regional initiatives through Greater Houston Partnership Committees, demonstrating her dedication to strengthening communities through collaboration and service.
Before joining ExxonMobil in 2019, Mindy spent over seven years at Hill + Knowlton Strategies, where she developed expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder relations, and reputation management. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Texas State University.
